Returning a Purchased Product

  • Returns and Exchanges can be placed through the website within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Upon any item return, an e-voucher worth the price of the product will be issued to the customer and will be valid for up to a month.
  • Returns and Exchanges will be handled within 10 days from the date the transaction is initiated.
  • An e-voucher worth the value of the product returned will be provided once the return procedure is successfully completed.
  • The voucher received against the product returned can be redeemed only on the online store.

 Products Excluded from Return/Exchange

  • Return/exchange of the following products will not be accepted due to hygiene purposes: boxer shorts, swimwear, shape-wear & other similar items.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging along with the tags attached. If the products have been used or are not returned in their original state, we will be unable to accept the return.
  • Products that have been tampered with, are damaged, worn out, or in any other condition other than the way they were delivered will not be accepted.
  • Kindly ensure all items are returned with the receipt.

Additional Information

  • Return/exchange without a receipt: Return/exchange is only possible when the original receipt is returned with the order. For more information kindly contact our customer service team (details provided on the website)
  • Returning one out of multiple products invoiced together: It is possible to return/exchange one item from a collective bill of multiple items if the above-mentioned criterion are met.
  • Online return of product purchased online: The return has to be arranged and paid for by the customer. The product will be thoroughly examined and if deemed acceptable a voucher with store credits for the same value will be provided to the customer.

 Athletic Equipment’s Return Conditions:

  • Upon initiating return/ exchange of exercise machinery; treadmills and exercise bikes, our team will be dispatched to inspect the item. If the item is found to have a factory fault, the item will be replaced for free by our team. If the item is found to have a technical fault, our team will fix the fault with a charge if applicable.
  • A warranty is provided for the body and specific parts of the athletic equipment. If the product is delivered in a faulty or damaged condition, we will fix/replace the item free of cost. If the product needs to be fixed due to mistreatment post-delivery, the parts and services required will be chargeable.


Kindly note that HM Sports reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product is deemed unfit for resale.

Returns made outside of the 7 day timeframe (refer to above policy) will not be accepted. Such items will be sent back & shipping charges for the same have to be paid for by the customer.
